Summary
Conceptualized and engineered a user-centric framework for Level 4 autonomous vehicles, designed specifically to enhance mobility, autonomy, and safety for blind and visually impaired (BVI) users. Conducted user research through interviews, focus groups, and observational studies to understand the unique navigation and interaction needs of BVI users. Developed a UX roadmap that projected a significant increase in purchase intent and adoption among BVI users. Created and rigorously tested multiple proofs-of-concept, demonstrating the framework's functionality and scalability.
